cajee operates a strict 21+ age policy. The cajee platform is not directed at, and is not intended for use by, any person under the age of 21. cajee does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

If cajee becomes aware that it has inadvertently collected personal data from a person under the age of 21, cajee will take immediate steps to delete that data and to close the associated account. All deposits made by underage players will be returned to the originating payment method. Any winnings generated by an underage player will be forfeited in full.
